Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced C# / ASP.NET Senior Software Developer to join our team. As a C#/ASP.NET Software Developer, you will be part of a cross-functional team responsible for the full software development life cycle, from conception to deployment. You should be comfortable with both front-end and back-end coding languages, development frameworks, third-party libraries, and have a good eye for visual design and usability. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and working in a fast-paced environment is a plus.
Location
This is an on-site position based in Calgary, AB at our offices in Crowfoot, NW.
What you’ll be doing:
- Collaborate with the development team and product managers to build software solutions for our suite of products
- Design client-side and server-side architecture
- Build visually appealing and user-friendly application front-ends
- Develop and manage databases and applications
- Write effective APIs
- Create features and applications with mobile-responsive design
Who we are looking for:
- Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role (minimum 5 years)
- Experience developing desktop and applications
- Knowledge of front-end languages and libraries (e.g., HTML/CSS, JavaScript, XML, jQuery)
- Experience with back-end languages (e.g., C# .NET) and JavaScript frameworks (e.g. Dojo, Node.js)
- Experience with SQL Server Databases, IIS web servers, and UI/UX design
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
